Y’all, I love Amazon! I am certain that being able to order exactly what I need at the touch of a button has saved me a bajillion dollars. Before Amazon Prime, I would be forced to wander around Target for one thing and leave with a cart full of stuff (albeit good stuff). When I was moving, I started an Amazon Home Goods list to order items little by little. So today I thought I’d round up some of the my Amazon favorites.
The list below consists of things I’ve recently purchased and things that are and have been on my list since before moving into mi casa. You know there are something you have to prioritize and others that haunt you every time you go to place an order.

Rivet Charlotte Modern Brass Accent Chair
I jokingly refer to the guest room as Madre’s room. Her one request was to have a chair so she can hang out when she wakes up hella early in the morning. Full disclosure, I scored this accent chair on eBay for a steal. Refinery29 turned me on to it with this description: Glam meets industrial in this upholstered chair with square metal side pieces serving as arms and legs. Smart design and plush cushions make this a welcome addition anywhere a comfortable accent chair is needed.

Rivet Sunset Textured Rug, 5′ x 8′
While I was going down the Rivet rabbit hole, I came across this rug and it matched my bedroom decor perfectly. It’s sturdy and the corners are taped down with carpet tape to make sure it’s also secured. Lucy likes it too. Her favorite spot in the house is to lookout the door and terrace off of the master bedroom while on the rug.

Mold & Mildew Remover Gel Stain Remover
I am constantly cleaning the glass doors of my shower and I have even armed myself with a tiny brush and sponge to routinely clean. But since moving in, I have not been able to make make the caulking stains lift. I came across a Buzzfeed article and saw the above review and I took a chance. OMG! I am so please that I did because it made the world of a difference. I wish I had taken a before photos (I even checked to see if my home inspector did) because the after is AH-MAZING. I too would give it a 10 star review if I could.

I moved in to my place in mid-November so I had a Christmas tree lit and ready to greet me with light the moment I got home from work. After the Christmas cheer was packed away, I really didn’t like coming home to a dark house. I tried a pack of plug-in night lights that turned on at dusk in the kitchen and bedroom hallway but it wasn’t bright enough. Once I put a console table in the dining room, I had a place to put a lamp. The Wemo Mini Smart Plug let me put the lamp on a timer and control it from my phone. It’s a Belkin product that’s easy to install once you’re connected to the WiFi and has all the fancy capabilities to connect with a virtual assistant if you’re into that sort of thing. This plug has given me the greatest joy when I arrive to mi casa.

May there always be bubble water in the fridge. This little innovation keeps my Berry La Croix organized and stacked high! I could certainly fill an entire fridge with a variety of beverages and this mat would help me do so quite easily.
